Thank you for shopping with Nativa Haircare! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• If we experience high order volumes, processing times may be delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: -1-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
Shipping Locations
• We currently ship to USA and UK
• International shipping is available to select locations. Additional duties and taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Nativa Haircare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at nativahaircarellc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
